oat flakes -250
nuts or seeds -80g
butter -70g
sugar -50g
honey -100g
dried apricots -80g
chocolate -80g
salt -1 / 2 tsp.
COOKING METHOD
Cut 80 grams of walnuts with a knife, you can replace the nuts with any other nuts or with sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, for example.
We take a frying pan and pour 250 grams of oatmeal, I drill instant oatmeal, which needs to be cooked for 5 minutes.
add nuts and fry, stirring occasionally over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Cut dried apricots 80 grams, can be replaced with raisins, prunes.
Use a knife to chop a bar of chocolate weighing 80 grams.
Now that the oatmeal is dry, remove from heat.
Put 70 grams of butter in the pan
and add 50 grams of sugar, as the sugar and butter melt, add 100 grams of honey. We mix, the honey does not need to be brought to a boil, you just need to warm everything up.
Now add the fried oats with flakes with nuts, mix, add dried fruits and mix the chocolate again.
We remove from the fire.
Cover a suitable shape with baking paper or cling film, put the resulting mass and tamp it well.
We put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, it is necessary for the mass to freeze.
By the way, you can replace honey with sugar or syrup, such as rose hips.
