Ingredients:
- eggs - 6 pcs.
- dumplings - 200 g
- milk - 50 ml
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- dill - a small bunch
- salt - 1/2 tsp l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the omelet.
Break 6 eggs into a bowl, pour 0.5 tsp. salt, pour 50 ml of milk, add 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and pepper to taste. Mix everything well with a whisk until smooth. No need to whip.
2. Finely chop a small bunch of dill with a knife.
Put chopped dill in prepared eggs and mix.
3. Grease the bottom and sides of the form in which we will bake with butter. The size of my form is 25 by 11 cm.
Put 200 g of frozen dumplings in the mold. I use homemade ones, but you can also take store ones.
Immediately fill the dumplings with the cooked egg mass.
4. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 35-40 minutes.
The omelet should be completely baked and fluffy.
We serve the baked hot dish immediately.
