Recipe Turkish Fried Apple Pies

Ingredients:

0.5 kg flour
300 ml of kefir or sour milk
egg
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
3 hours l. Sahara
1 hour l. soda
a pinch of salt
4 apples
70 gr. butter
2 tbsp. l. honey
2 h l. ground cinnamon
mint is dry to taste and desire
vegetable oil for deep fat

How to cook:

1. Add kefir, sugar, salt, soda, egg, vegetable oil to flour (2 tbsp. l.) and knead a soft dough.

2. Give him a little rest.

3. Wash the apples, peel, cut into cubes and lightly simmer in butter. Add cinnamon and honey. Pour dry mint to taste. Let the filling cool.

4. Divide the dough into balls and roll into flat cakes.

5. Spread the filling over the dough.

6. Pinch the edges, shape into oblong patties.

7. Fry pies with apples in Turkish style in hot vegetable oil until a beautiful crust.

Ready-made pies can be served hot or warm. If desired, they can be easily heated in the microwave.

Good with tea, sour cream or honey.
