Today I want to offer you a recipe for cheese casserole with apples and cinnamon, which is a very good fit in time for tea.

And a huge plus - a protein that you type using the casseroles, and not a bunch of carbohydrates (as it usually happens with sweets for tea).

I needed a miracle for casseroles:

400 g of 9% curd home (non-dry and wet, conventional curd which is sold by weight)
1 egg,
bag of vanillin,
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 medium apple - 130 g
3 sachet / pouch sweetener.

Preparation.

The first thing a mixer, beat ricotta with eggs, vanilla and sugar substitute.

Apple half cut into slices of about 0.5 cm thickness. And the fact that it is impossible to have to cut circles - on a plate.

And the rest of the apples into small cubes.

Take the form (I always use silicone) and laid on the bottom of the apples, trying to hide their entire bottom. Apples sprinkled with cinnamon.

Next on the apples spread the whipped egg curd.

And on top lay out cubes of apples, sprinkle them with cinnamon and spoon a little dent in the cottage.

Remove the casserole from our future in a pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

The finished pudding take out of the oven and give form to cool. Casserole slightly settles.

Chilled pudding spread on a dish and enjoy.
