I, like many others, love mayonnaise. Moreover, I cook it myself, I never buy it. For several recipes for delicious homemade mayonnaise, see the video at the end of the article. But now I don't eat mayonnaise. I'm preparing another dressing instead. Salads are no worse for this. I will share one of these salads.
Here I showed the recipe for this salad with dressing instead of mayonnaise. There are also 8 recipes for delicious and simple salads that can be prepared for a festive table or just for dinner:
HOW TO COOK:
I cut the ham into small pieces. You can take any boiled meat or sausage.
I put the chopped ham in a bowl, add boiled eggs, pickles, some onions and bell peppers. I chop all the ingredients not too coarsely, but not very finely either. Soda is a jar of canned beans. I drained the liquid (not into the sink!), And rinsed the beans. From this liquid, I prepare a delicious lean mayonnaise (in the video at the end of the article there is this recipe).
And now Korean carrots. I cut it with scissors to make it easier to eat salad later, and add it to the rest of the ingredients. I also cook Korean carrots myself (there is a recipe in the video above).
And now the gas station. I am based on Greek yogurt. But you can also replace with sour cream. For this amount of ingredients, you need 2-3 tbsp. yogurt (or sour cream). I add a pinch of salt, a little ground pepper (I have a mixture of five peppers), mustard - 0.5 tsp. and an incomplete teaspoon of lemon juice. I also usually add a little honey (but this is optional). It tastes better with honey.
Add the dressing to the bowl to the rest of the ingredients. I stir it. And you can serve))
The salad turns out to be bright, appetizing, aromatic and very tasty. Of course, you can make such a salad with mayonnaise. My husband, for example, loves it with mayonnaise)) But if you, like me, have now given up mayonnaise, you will like this dressing.

• Korean carrots - 200 g
• Ham - 200 g
• Eggs - 3 pcs.
• Pickled cucumber - 3 pcs. (small)
• Sweet pepper - 1/2 pc.
• Onions - 1/4 pcs.

For refueling:
• Greek yogurt (or sour cream) - 2-3 tbsp.
• Mustard - 1/2 tsp.
• Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp.
