And all because she chose the wrong ways and methods of struggle - various fashionable diets, refusal of many foods and even hunger strikes.
But everything changed when I realized the main thing - only the presence of a calorie deficit starts the process of losing weight, and the balance of nutrients provides everything necessary for the proper functioning of the body and good well-being:
Today I would like to say a little about sugar substitutes in my diet.
Don't you use them too?
Perhaps when you look at new recipes, it seems that I use sweeteners very often. But this is a misleading impression.
If you look at my menu for several days in a row, you will not see in it daily baked goods, which contain sweetener. I also don't add it to tea and other drinks, because I weaned myself off drinking sweet tea. Very rarely I add 1 g to coffee (this can be once or twice a month), it is better to add a little caramel syrup, which is with sugar.
Whether or not it is harmful to use sweeteners is likely to be a controversial issue for a long time. Yes, there are very harmful sugar substitutes, and there are those (including those on a natural basis) that cannot cause significant harm in small doses to the body.
But still, I am in favor of using even the most harmless sweeteners in a minimum amount, without adding them to tea several times a day.
Even drinking sweet tea can be weaned off if you want to. Three years ago I had no idea that I could drink non-sweet tea, let alone green tea. And now I cannot spend half a day without green tea and I absolutely do not want sweet tea.
So everything is in your hands - change for your own sake.
And by tradition, I will show my menu on calorie counting.
On Saturday, I often have an excess of calories, but I neutralize this excess on weekdays, losing about 100 kcal and therefore I can even call myself a piece of high-calorie cake.
But on Sunday, I am again at the control of KBZHU.

for breakfast I had two boiled eggs with 20 g of melted cheese and a sandwich for 40 g of bread with fish pate (40 g).
Breakfast for 455 kcal.
In a reminder of recipes today, a two-layer cottage cheese casserole and a chocolate cake in 5 minutes.
For a snack I ate 60 g of cheese with tea - 235 kcal
I love cheese and I can eat it just like that with tea, without bread and additional calories.
For lunch, I have homemade dumplings with potatoes and bends (160 g - frozen weight), to which I added 40 g of sour cream 15%. Lunch at 380 kcal.
And for dinner - fried navaga (200 g) with 130 g of mashed potatoes and 140 g of homemade "mother-in-law's tongue". Dinner for 505 kcal.
The result of the day is 1575 kcal. B - 87, F - 83, U - 120.
