At breakfast I ate a salad, which consisted of potatoes, beets, pickled cucumbers, ham, peas, carrots (280 g total weight). And I dressed the salad with 55% mayonnaise, because you will not believe it, but all my stocks of yoghurt, sour cream, soft cottage cheese are exhausted at the end of the week.

For the salad, 55 g of homemade whole grain bread.

Breakfast for 490 kcal.

Let me remind you of the recipe for curd-rye buns and chakhokhbili:

Snacked 130 g of cucumber with 120 g of smoked-boiled chicken breast - 175 kcal.

Honestly, I literally force myself to eat vegetables. I don’t want anything in any form, but I can still eat a cucumber. There is Peking cabbage - I can't even look at it. Hopefully it will pass soon.

At lunchtime, we ate tomato-lentil soup (440 g). For the soup, 40 g of homemade whole grain bread. Lunch at 385 kcal.

For dinner, I baked chicken drumsticks in a tomato-mustard marinade, boiled basmati rice, which I then fried with onions in a little oil.

My portions for dinner: 120 g of chicken drumstick meat, 100 g of rice, 150 g of cucumber.

Dinner for 515 kcal

The total calorie content of the day is 1565. B - 102, F - 70, U - 131.
