Today I simply divine breakfast! Buckwheat bread (10 g) with fish pate (40 g) and simply divine sweet rolls (100 g) to the green tea and jasmine.

Here is it possible to think that this slimming breakfast person? And yet - it is!

Breakfast is turned on 430 kcal.

I would like once again to speculate on the topic of green tea. Who has long been with me know that I love green tea with jasmine and prefer Ahmad. So the other day I bought on trial green tea with jasmine from another company (I will not call it). I saw him on the shares and has decided to try. Well straw thatch and even jasmine no flavor. And then I had suspicions towards my favorite Ahmad. And why he is so fragrant and vkusnyy..chto to add any chemistry, we are treated ..

Lunch came to 350 kcal.

A few hours after dinner, I drank green tea with jasmine and ate 100 g of cottage cheese casserole with apricots - 120 kcal. Because I just wanted a tasty casserole and allowed free calories.

Now I've honestly do not understand why it is necessary to torture yourself diets, eat cabbage, gnaw some apples and fast, when you can have a delicious and lose weight. And even allow yourself something good to eat when really wanted. Just need to fit into your day KBZHU.

For dinner, I fry everything pollock and boil the potatoes in their skins. Potatoes are cleaned cut coarsely, add the onion and a little garlic, salt and season with sunflower oil.

True, I grilled myself on a separate skillet over 5 g of oil. And for myself oil potatoes dripped drop straight.

It turned 200 g of raw pollack and 120 g of potato - 280 kcal.

Total for the day I got 1280 kcal.

I drink water every day. Necessarily a glass before each meal (about 15 minutes) and during the day. In total, need to drink 30 ml per kilogram of body weight.
