Today, as always, early breakfast and go to work.
A breakfast two boiled eggs and rye bread (25 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and fish pate (40 g). Natural green tea with jasmine, where I am without it. And vitamins with omega-3 for breakfast do not forget.
Breakfast came on 450 kcal.
I have long doubted whether or not today go into the woods to pick berries. The first experience was a success and very much like to repeat, the sooner Chernichko depart.

But no, apparently it came across the clearing, which most fans berries spared. Again, I come back home with the booty! I came back for dinner and I had to do was boil a side dish to cooked yesterday, the chicken breast in a white sauce.
While waiting, when cooked side dish eaten a couple of handfuls of blueberries - about 30 kcal and slice (15 g) 75% chocolate - 80 kcal.
For lunch I bulgur (150 g in finished form) with chicken in a white sauce (200 g). And some small vegetables tomato and cucumber.
Lunch came to 380 kcal.

Dinner today was roasted on a drop of olive oil pollock, I roll in wheat whole wheat flour (200 g raw) and vegetable salad - tomato, cucumber - only 200 grams, seasoned matsoni (30 g). Fish eat fried without skin.
It turned out to dinner 290 kcal.
All in all, the day had accumulated 1230 kcal.
Actively drinking water. To care for skin that tightens and come in tone. I am glad that the terrible consequences of direct skin-slimming no avail.
