Ingredients: curd cheese, cream, 33-35% fat, powdered sugar

There are two ways to prepare this cream: with cream and with butter. Today I will tell you how to make Cheese cream with cream, it is more delicate and fluffy.
To prepare the cream, mix all three ingredients until stable peaks. I use the homemade curd cheese in my previous recipe. It is very important for cream preparation that the cheese and cream are cold.
Before using, I recommend chilling the ready-made cream in the refrigerator for about half an hour. This serving of cream is enough to decorate 12 cupcakes. To decorate a cake, you need about 2 such portions. The cream preparation process is very simple. And although the cream turns out to be very soft and delicate, it keeps its shape quite well.
