Ingredients:
- chicken fillet (minced meat) - 500 g
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 50 g
- parsley - 1 bunch
- salt - 1 tsp. l.
- ground pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step recipe
1. Wash half a kilogram of chicken fillet and cut into pieces. We twist the pieces of meat in a meat grinder. In addition to the fillet, you can use other parts of the chicken carcass or buy ready-made minced chicken.
2. Cut one onion into small cubes.
Three carrots on a fine grater.
Finely chop a small bunch of parsley.
3. Add chopped onions, grated carrots, parsley to the cooked minced meat, break one egg, 50 g of flour. Pepper to taste and salt about 1 tsp. salt.
We mix everything well. If the stuffing turns out to be liquid, then add a little more flour.
4. From the cooked minced meat we form cutlets. One cutlet is about 1 tablespoon of minced meat.
5. Put the cutlets on a preheated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Cover the pan with a lid and fry the cutlets over low heat for about 5 minutes on one side.
Then turn the cutlets over to the other side and again cover the pan with a lid. Fry on the other side for 5 minutes too.
From this amount of ingredients, I got 14 cutlets.
Remove the cooked meatballs from the pan and serve.
These chicken cutlets with vegetables are very tasty both warm and cold. They are very easy to prepare, and both adults and children like them.
