The meat is soft and delicious! This fragrant goulash with gravy like in a canteen or a garden, I think, is familiar to everyone. Today I will tell you how to cook such beef goulash.

Cooking:

Cut the meat into pieces and fry for several minutes over high heat. Then add onions and carrots.

Fry for a couple of minutes, then pour 1 glass of water and simmer over low heat under the lid for at least an hour. The meat should be well boiled, be soft. Add water if necessary.

Then add salt, 3-4 black peppercorns, bay leaf.

Mix 1 cup water, flour and tomato paste in a bowl. Stir with a fork or whisk until smooth, so that there are no lumps. Add the resulting mixture to the meat.

Simmer for a few more minutes. The gravy will thicken, and if necessary, add a little more water, bringing the goulash to the desired consistency.

Delicious beef goulash with gravy like in a garden (or dining room) is ready. Serve with any side dish, delicious!
