Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 44 kg.
Well, here I come Monday, I was not expecting. And not because I do not want to plunge again into the work, and other matters. And because - I mean Monday for Day X - the day of check weighing.
I will not torment you, just to show that in the figure has been on the scales in the morning:
87.8 kg. Finally ceased scale dance numbers around 88.5, and even moved a little weight down. Albeit not much gone, but the fact - already happy.
Today I made a measurement of the waist. And you know what happens? That in the two weeks when my weight was in place, it took 2 cm in waist. I just did not measure today, but the fact remains. Minus 2 cm at the waist until the weight is not left. I do not know what physiological processes do not give figures on the scale change, happy at least that the numbers on the measuring tape are reduced.
Do you know how much the waist took me a year? 27 cm!
Today I have a "day of rest" of the sport. The running load, I decided to give myself a day. Although yesterday was a bike ride instead of running, but my muscles are still tired and needed rest.
Especially a lot of cases today after the weekend. In addition to the work you need to do it all the household chores.
I move on to the menu.
Breakfast I consisted of sandwiches on whole grain bread (65 g) with fish paste (25 g) and squash caviar (60 g).
If anything, I have not tired of sandwiches and hardly nadedyat)
During lunch time, I take vitamins and omega-3 capsule. And anywhere without green tea for breakfast.
Breakfast brought me 350 kcal.
The first half of the day, I decided to dedicate a home business. At the weekend I try to release from cleaning and other household chores, since the work on the computer at home giving me this opportunity and I can plan their everyday lives.
Snack I have today was conceived fruit: apple (110 g), and orange (about 100 g). But really wanted e tea piece of cheese (25 g).
A total of snack happened 160 kcal.
When he accumulated a lot of cases, save cooked soup for a few days.
Plate soup for dinner (about 450 g) - 400 kcal.
This time turned out quite high-calorie cheese soup.
By tea took a piece of chocolate 75% - 80 kcal.
All the household chores I finished late in the afternoon, of course with a break for lunch, and working moments.
In the simplest dinner prepared salad 2 eggs and cucumber (120 g), filled with 20 g of 10% cream.
It turned out to dinner 225 kcal.
Total for the day I got 1215 kcal.
Drunk water norm.
And tomorrow morning for a run you need to force myself to get up early. No one wants to join?))
