The name is certainly not romantic) but I want to clarify right away that we are talking about milk, which is a maximum of 2-3 days after the expiration date. I wouldn't risk it any more. Yogurt can be used both liquid and thicker. With liquid, one egg is enough, with a thick one, it took me two.
Ingredients: yogurt (2-3 days after the expiration date), flour, chicken eggs, sugar, soda, salt, sunflower oil
Cooking method:
We will prepare all the products. If you have thick yogurt like mine, use 2 eggs. If drinking, one is enough.
Mix eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt with a mixer until fluffy. Next, add half the yogurt and half the flour, whisk again.
Add soda, remaining flour and yogurt, whisk. Mix into the dough 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil. The dough should be like thick sour cream.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Pour a small amount of oil into the frying pan, spread the dough in portions with a spoon and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
Add more oil as needed to keep the pan from completely dry. Serve with sour cream, honey, jam to your taste 👍🍓 Enjoy!
