Chkmeruli with chicken legs - Georgian dish

Ingredients: chicken legs, cream (I have 25% fat), water, cilantro, dill and parsley, garlic, dry hot pepper, ground coriander, suneli hops, dried mint, Salt and black pepper, vegetable oils

Cooking method:

There was nothing to do last night. Thawed and chopped the legs into large pieces. Salted and peppered, poured with vegetable oil. Mixed it up and put it in the fridge. You can stand 30 minutes and start cooking, it is not necessary to marinate for a long time.

Then our solid pieces are fried in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides, until golden brown. We spread it in the form in which we will bake.

Put the cream into a bowl. Cut all the herbs and garlic. Finely chop the pepper pod, add suneli hops, mint, coriander. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 300 ml of water and mix everything together well. Pour our fried chicken legs with this sauce (I forgot to take a picture of this step, I beg your pardon), and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, for 45 minutes. During this time, we drive away all domestic spinogryz from the oven, which will run into the smell))
