Good day, losing weight!

Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 42 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

How are your days off? We planned a trip here to the shops and to the relatives.

Getting up early we had breakfast scrambled eggs with milk (about 300 g).

my breakfast turned on 355 kcal.

Immediately after breakfast we left and snacking get in the way.

At snack was banana (about 150 gr) - 135 kcal.

Visiting fed me chicken drumsticks baked (eaten without skin of course), rice and vegetables. As you can imagine I was not weigh on than food, so as always in such cases, the write-to-face.

Chicken leg - 60 grams, rice - 150 grams, about 100 grams of vegetables, so be it.

It turned out to lunch 300 kcal.

And after dinner, I drank tea here with the sweets:

And it is not a cake, as you might think by looking briefly. It Belevsky candy sugar.

The photo shows the bad composition, so duplicates: apples, egg white, well, fructose and blueberries.

I tried it for the first time today, although long walked around and around after one of my subscribers will recommend it to me.

The taste I liked, though there is no particular sweetness and slightly sour apple flavor. But the tea was delicious. And the most interesting. In the photo above
two pieces of paste, which weighs 100 grams only. A 100 g marshmallow - 89 kcal, B-1, U - 21.2.

And now attention the question: what would you choose - 100g pastilles or 10 - 15 grams of chocolate per day)?

I for myself have not yet answered this question unequivocally. As yet they are different products with different tastes and different prices.

I ate tea 50 grams of marshmallow - 45 kcal.

Back home I had dinner last piece of chicken roll (170 g) and vegetables: cucumber (100 g) and tomato (140 g).

Total dinner turned 240 kcal.

For a couple of hours before going to bed, I ate a jar of soft cheese (120g) - 95 kcal.

In total for the day to get 1170 kcal.

The rate of water to drink did not happen. Well, that's okay.
