Cooking meatballs. Add salt, spices to the minced meat and mix well. Next, beat the minced meat properly. Divide minced meat into 4 equal parts. Take a baking sheet, cover with a silicone mat and lay out 4 identical cutlets. It is convenient if you have a culinary ring, so the cutlets will definitely be even and the same. Preheat the oven to 200 C and cook the cutlets for 15 minutes, then turn on the "grill" mode and another 5 minutes to form a delicious crust.
While the meatballs are cooking, let's take care of the other ingredients. Rinse the iceberg, cut into large pieces (I bought already chopped). Mix mayonnaise, garlic, grated into a fine grater and combine with iceberg.
