Ingredients: fillet of one chicken thigh (this is a light version, not fatty), a small onion, a small carrot, sauerkraut (I have homemade), medium tomatoes (I have canned homemade ones), small potatoes, salt, peppercorns, bay leaf, dill, sour cream for filing
Cooking method:
Put the defrosted chicken fillet in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, remove the scale, then reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
My onions and carrots, dry them and cut them randomly. Onion with a medium cube, carrots with straws. Add to meat and cook for 10 minutes.
Add sauerkraut and cook for another 10 minutes.
Wash potatoes, dry and cut into cubes. Add to saucepan. We cook 10 minutes.
At this stage, we remove the meat and cut it arbitrarily. We return to the pot.
Lastly, add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and bay leaf. We cook until ready.
