Ingredients: Wheat flour, Cocoa powder, Dark chocolate, Vegetable milk, Coconut oil, Brown sugar, Pear jam, Grated zest of half an orange, Vanilla, Baking powder
Cooking method:
Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa (sift better), baking powder, vanilla, grated zest of half an orange, cinnamon (optional) and dark chocolate flakes.
Combine liquid ingredients: pre-melted and left to cool coconut oil with vegetable milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix until creamy and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-paper-lined pan and spread a few tablespoons of pear jam on top of the pie. Bake in preheated oven at 180* for about 30 minutes. Always do a toothpick test before turning off the oven.
