Lettuce "in German". As soon as it ends in the refrigerator, relatives are asked to repeat it again. The cabbage is crispy and very tasty. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month, if, of course, it lives up to this point.

Recipe:
cabbage -1.5 kg
onion - 2 pcs
bell pepper -1pc
Russian mustard "Haas" - 1 tbsp.
For marinade:
sugar -50g
salt - 1 tbsp.
vinegar 9% -60ml
vegetable oil -100ml
black pepper - to taste
COOKING METHOD
We chop cabbage, the weight of shredded cabbage is 1.5 kg
dice 2 onions and dice 1 bell pepper. In a large bowl, put cabbage, onion, bell pepper, mix and set aside.
For 1.5 kg of chopped cabbage In a saucepan put 50 grams of sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, pour 60 ml of 9% vinegar, 100 ml of vegetable oil and add black pepper to taste, mix and put on fire.
as it boils with boiling marinade, pour cabbage and mix immediately, now add 1 tbsp. mustard, I add Haas Russian mustard.
Once again, mix everything well.
Now we shift it into a saucepan, close the lid and leave it for a day in a cool place so that the cabbage is infused.
24 hours have passed, mix the cabbage, put it in jars or containers, put it in the refrigerator and you can start tasting. As I said, it is stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month, so you can safely cook 2 servings at a time.
