Pies "Special" from lavash. They are prepared simply, in a break they turn out like puff pastry, and to taste as if from yeast dough. The filling can be any at your discretion.
Recipe:
- Lavash -2 sheets
- Potato -1 kg.
- Butter -50 gr.
- Minced meat -300 gr.
- Bulb -1 pc.
- Greens - to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
For batter:
- Milk -250 ml.
- Eggs -2 pcs.
- Flour - 140 gr.
- Starch -3 tbsp.
- Baking powder -1 tsp
- Salt -1/2 tsp
COOKING METHOD
The filling can be absolutely anything, today I have potato stuffing with minced meat (you can see how I cook it in the video below)
We put the filling on the pita bread and distribute it, wrap the roll
and cut
Prepare the batter: add eggs, salt to milk. Mix flour with baking powder and starch and add to milk, mix. The batter is ready.
We lower the workpiece into the batter, then into the pan and fry until cooked on both sides
