The liver in this salad shows its taste in a completely new way, and in combination with vegetables and spices creates an incredible dish in taste. Try it, you will definitely like it.
Recipe:
- Beef liver - 0.5 kg
- Carrot -2 pcs.
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Pickled cucumber - 3 pcs. (200 gr.)
- Green peas - 1 can
- Salt, pepper, citric acid, mayonnaise - to taste.
COOKING METHOD

Grated carrots
onion cut into quarters
first fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil, until translucent, then add the carrots and fry all together for a couple of minutes, until the vegetables are ready
Liver cut into strips
cut into strips pickled or pickled cucumbers (I have pickled ones)
we collect the salad: put the liver, cucumbers, carrots with onions in a bowl and add green peas
salt to taste, season with mayonnaise
