Cut the onion into a quarter of the ring and send it to the fish. Lay out the sauce. Mix.
Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
During this time, peel the potatoes. Before cooking, cover with cold water.
Prepare a baking sleeve and a baking dish.
Turn on the oven after 30 minutes. Cut potatoes into thin slices. Salt a little, taking into account that there will be salted fish on top.
Put the potatoes in the sleeve.
Place fish and onion on top. Trying to put more onions on the bottom, and the fish on top.
Tie the sleeve and poison in the oven for 1 hour. Fifteen minutes before readiness, cut the sleeve and bake until golden brown.
