Ingredients:
- milk - 300 ml
- kefir - 200 ml
- sugar - 150 g
- semolina - 1 cup
- flour - 1 cup
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- butter - 50 g
- soda - 1 tsp l. (without slide)
Step by step recipe
1. Break 2 eggs into a bowl and pour 150 g of sugar. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
2. Pour 200 ml of kefir of any fat content here and mix.
3. Pour 1 tsp into this mixture. soda without a slide, mix everything, kefir will extinguish the soda.
4. Also, pour a glass of semolina into a bowl, mix. Add 1 cup flour and mix again.
5. At the end of the kneading, add 50 g of very soft butter to the dough. We mix everything until smooth.
6. Lubricate the baking dish in which we will bake mannik with butter. Sprinkle flour on top. Pour out the excess flour.
Pour the dough into the prepared form and evenly distribute it over the form.
7. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 35 minutes.
8. We take out the hot baked mannik from the oven. Immediately pour 300 ml of milk onto it. We leave for a while so that all the milk is absorbed and the manna cools down a bit.
