Ingredients: cottage cheese 18%, milk, eggs, semolina, almond flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, butter grease the baking dish
Punch eggs, milk, cottage cheese, semolina, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar with an immersion blender until a smooth, homogeneous consistency without grains.
Add almond flour, mix everything again until the lumps disappear. Let stand 20 minutes for the semolina to swell.
Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with semolina. Pour curd into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes until nicely browned on the sides and top.
Cool the casserole in the form, it will settle a little - this is normal. Cut into portions and serve with sour cream, condensed milk, with any berry jam or topping. Bon appetit and all the best to you! 😋
