Let's make the dough first. In a bowl, beat the egg with salt, then add water at room temperature. Add flour and knead the dough. You need to knead until the dough stops sticking to your hands. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

At this time, prepare the filling. Grate cheese (any), add chopped greens. If you want to make the filling more spicy - add a clove of garlic. But personally, I like it better without garlic.
