In today's article, I will talk about dumplings skewers. This is an unusual but very tasty way of making traditional dumplings. Without a long introduction, let's get straight to the point!

We will need wooden skewers (skewers) for barbecue. We string dumplings on them. The best time for skewers immediately after making dumplings, since they are still soft and well pierced with a skewer and not as sticky as defrosted after freezing. But in any case, if you take dumplings out of the refrigerator, let them thaw for 20-30 minutes.

We make sauce. Almost any sauce will do. I mixed mayonnaise and sour cream (one to one), added two cloves of garlic and pepper. We put the sauce on the barbecue.

One barbecue, the grandson asked just pour ketchup. We put the kebabs in the oven, preheated up to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
