Ingredients:
- pita bread - 1 large rectangular sheet
- tomato - 1 pc.
- cheese - 100 g
- ham - 100 g
- tomato sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
- dill - bunch
Step by step cooking recipe:
- Three cheese on a coarse grater, cut the ham into cubes. You can use sausage or already cooked meat. Chop up a small bunch of dill. Cut a medium tomato in half and cut into small pieces.
- We will use thin pita bread for the pizza base. We fold the pita bread in half and cut out two circles from it with the same diameter as the bottom of the pan. I used a pot lid and a knife.
- Pour a little vegetable oil into a cold frying pan, which is on the smallest fire. We put the first sheet of pita bread and sprinkle it with about a third of the grated cheese. We put the second sheet of pita bread and grease it with tomato sauce. Place ham slices and tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with chopped dill and top with the remaining grated cheese.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook the pizza for about 5-7 minutes. Be careful, cook on low heat so that the pita bread does not burn.
- Breakfast in the form of pizza in a pan turned out to be very tasty and satisfying.
2. Quick breakfast with potatoes
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 2 pcs. (200 g)
- egg - 1 pc.
- cheese - 50 g
- flour - 30 g (1 tbsp. l.)
- green onion - bunch
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step cooking recipe:
- Three potatoes on a fine grater, three cheese on a coarse grater. Chop a small bunch of green onions. Green onions can be replaced with onions, or you can add greens such as parsley or dill.
- Put grated potatoes, cheese and green onions in a bowl. We also break one egg here, salt everything to taste and pepper. Mix well. Add flour and mix again.
- We divide the resulting mass into about two parts and put it on a preheated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. We level everything in a pan. Fry over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until lightly browned and turn over to the other side. Cook for about 1-2 more minutes and remove from heat. Fry the second pancake in the same way.

3. Breakfast with lavash and sausage
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- lavash - 1 pc.
- sausage - 1 pc.
- cheese - 80 g
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step cooking recipe:
- We fold one large sheet of thin pita bread in half and cut out 2 circles from it using a lid from a frying pan and a knife.
- Three cheese on a coarse grater. One sausage is also three on a coarse grater.
- We break three eggs into a bowl, salt them to taste and pepper. Beat everything with a whisk until smooth.
- We put the pan on a small fire and immediately pour a little vegetable oil. We put the first sheet of pita bread and sprinkle it with half of the grated cheese. Pour the egg mixture, sprinkle with grated sausage. Spread the remaining grated cheese on top and cover with a second pita bread.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook breakfast over low heat for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, turn the dish over to the other side and again cover with a lid. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Breakfast in 10 minutes turned out to be very tasty and satisfying. It is prepared quickly and the products are all available.
4. Breakfast with semolina
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- semolina - 50 g
- cheese - 30 g
- tomato - 1 pc.
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- dill
Step by step cooking recipe:
- Three cheese on a coarse grater. Chop a small bunch of dill or other herbs. Cut a medium sized tomato into slices.
- Pour 50 g of semolina into a bowl, break 2 eggs. Salt and pepper everything to taste. Stir with a whisk or fork until smooth.
- Pour the cooked egg mixture into a preheated pan, greased with vegetable oil. Spread everything neatly in the pan. Place tomato slices on top. If there is sausage, then it can also be cut into circles and put on tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese
- We cover everything with a lid and cook for about 3 minutes on the smallest fire.
- Breakfast is ready, put it on a plate. Sprinkle dill on top and serve.
5. Breakfast with zucchini
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc. (250 g)
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- parsley - 1 bunch
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step cooking recipe:
- Cut a small zucchini into small cubes. Chop a bunch of parsley or other herbs, such as dill or green onions.
- In a separate bowl, break 2 eggs, salt to taste and pepper with black ground pepper. Mix everything with a fork until smooth.
- Put the chopped zucchini in a preheated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry over medium heat until lightly blushed. Add chopped parsley to this and mix.
- Pour beaten eggs over vegetables. Mix everything with a spatula until the eggs are cooked. We cook breakfast on medium heat, you can even a little more than average.
- Breakfast is ready, serve it hot.
