I take cabbage, eggs and cheese - and into the oven. After half an hour, a delicious side dish is ready. And you can eat it as a separate dish

Cooking:

Shred the cabbage and boil in slightly salted water for 5-7 minutes, then put it in a colander.

In a frying pan, heat a little vegetable oil and fry the onion, garlic, cut into plates. After a couple of minutes, add cabbage, flour, salt and spices to taste.

Fry for a few minutes over high heat, then add eggs and grated cheese. As soon as the eggs "grab" - turn off the fire.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil (or butter), spread the cabbage and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 108-200 degrees.

10 minutes before the cabbage is ready, you can additionally sprinkle cheese on top.

NOTE: if there is little liquid during baking and the cabbage starts to burn, add a little water or broth.

Such cabbage is a wonderful original side dish that goes well with meat and fish. Also, this cabbage can be eaten as an independent hot dish, as it turns out like a casserole.

Ingredients:

cabbage - 1/2 head (if the forks are small, then you can take the whole one)
eggs - 3 pcs
cheese - 200g
onion - 1 pc.
garlic - 3-4 cloves
oil
salt
spices
