1. Salad with tomatoes and original dressing
Ingredients:
- cherry tomatoes - 500 g
- Adyghe cheese (mozzarella, cheese, feta) - 200 g
- pitted olives - 1 can
- basil - 1 bunch
Refueling:
- garlic - 1 clove
- soy sauce - 1 tsp. l.
- honey - 1 tbsp. l.
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
- salt - 1/3 tsp. l.
- olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.
Step by step cooking recipe:
- We put the washed cherry tomatoes in a clean bag and distribute them so that they lie in one layer. We take a glass or a mug and crush all the cherry tomatoes with the bottom so that they burst.
- From two sprigs of basil, we cut off the leaves and cut them into large pieces or you can tear them with your hands.
- Adyghe cheese cut into small cubes. Instead of Adyghe, you can use cheese, mozzarella or feta.
- At the bottom of the dish in which we will serve the salad, put chopped basil leaves. Then lay out the crushed cherry tomatoes, put the diced cheese on top and lay out one can of pitted green olives.
- Now let's prepare a very tasty salad dressing. Pour 1 tsp into a bowl. l. soy sauce, add about a third of a teaspoon of salt, 1 tbsp. l. honey, 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice, here we squeeze 1 clove of garlic through a press, pepper and add 4 tbsp. l. olive oil. Mix the dressing well. Pour the dressing evenly over the salad and decorate the salad with basil leaves.
- The salad turned out fresh and light, and the original sweet and sour dressing gives this salad a unique taste and aroma.
2. Salad with tomatoes and cheese
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- cheese - 250 g
- mayonnaise - 150 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step cooking recipe:
- Three cheese on a fine grater. Cut the tomatoes in half and cut out the stem. Cut the tomato halves into slices.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic to mayonnaise through a press and mix everything. We transfer the prepared mayonnaise into a pastry bag for convenience.
- Folding the salad is best in a deep bowl. Put the tomatoes on the bottom and pepper them a little. We apply a mesh of mayonnaise. We put the grated cheese and again repeat all the layers: tomatoes, mayonnaise, cheese. Put the whole salad in this order. You don't need to pepper much, I only peppered two layers of tomatoes.
- At the very end, we lay out tomato slices in a circle on the cheese layer, and pour a little more grated cheese into the center. Decorate the salad with parsley leaves.
- Salad with tomatoes and cheese turned out very tasty and beautiful.
3. Salad with eggplant and tomatoes
Ingredients:
- eggplant - 1 pc.
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- tomato - 3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- parsley - 1 bunch
- vegetable oil - 6 tbsp. l.
- apple cider vinegar (wine) - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step cooking recipe:
- One sweet pepper cut into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices about 5 mm thick. Chop up a bunch of fresh parsley.
- Peel the eggplant and cut into slices 4-5 mm thick. Put eggplant slices in a bowl and pour vegetable oil over them. We mix everything. Fry prepared eggplants in one layer in a dry heated frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
- Cut a small onion into half rings. Sauté the onion over medium heat until a nice golden color.
- Put all prepared ingredients in a bowl. Salt to taste, pepper, season with 1 tbsp. l. apple cider or wine vinegar and 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Mix everything gently and serve.
- The salad turned out very tasty, hearty and fragrant.
4. Salad without mayonnaise with a secret ingredient
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 250 g
- cucumbers - 250 g
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
- bulgur - 1/2 tbsp.
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- parsley - bunch
- dill - bunch
- lemon - 1/2 pc.
- olive oil - 3-4 tbsp. l.
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step cooking recipe:
- The secret ingredient in this salad is bulgur. It will take half a glass of bulgur, it is well washed several times with water. Melt a small piece of butter in a preheated pan and pour the washed bulgur into the pan. Stirring constantly, fry the bulgur over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Then pour a glass of boiling water into the pan here, mix and cover with a lid. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes. - Cucumbers and sweet pepper cut into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes. Half a medium-sized onion cut into small cubes. Onions can be replaced with green onions. Finely chop a bunch of fresh parsley and a bunch of dill.
- Pour the ready and already cooled bulgur, chopped peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, dill and parsley into a bowl. Salt to taste, pepper. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the salad and season with about 3-4 tbsp. l. olive or sunflower oil. We mix everything well. Salad can be served immediately or let it brew for 20 minutes.
- Salad with bulgur and vegetables turned out to be very tasty, satisfying and unusual.
5. Salad with tuna and vegetables
Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 200 g (2-3 pcs.)
- tomatoes - 150 g
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- canned tuna - 160 g
Sauce:
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- apple cider vinegar (lemon juice) - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step cooking recipe:
- Cucumbers cut into half circles. Cut small tomatoes into quarters. Cut boiled eggs lengthwise into 4 parts.
- Putting up the salad. Put cucumbers on the bottom of a large plate. Put the chopped eggs on the cucumbers. Next lay out the prepared tomato slices. Break off small pieces of tuna with a fork and arrange randomly on a plate.
- Preparing salad dressing. Pour salt into a bowl to taste, pour 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Mix everything for about 1-2 minutes, until all the salt is dissolved in the sauce. Pepper the salad on top with black pepper. Pour everything evenly with the prepared sauce using a spoon.
- Salad with tuna and vegetables turned out very tasty and light.
