Ingredients:
- zucchini (zucchini) - 250 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- cheese - 50 g
- flour - 1 tbsp. l. (30 g)
- parsley (dill) - 1 bunch
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. 250 g three zucchini on a coarse grater. You can also use zucchini. In young zucchini, the skin on top and the seeds in the middle do not need to be peeled. In more mature ones, it is advisable to cut off the skin and select the seeds.
Salt the grated zucchini a little, mix and leave for about 10 minutes so that they release the juice.
2. During this time, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Finely chop a small bunch of parsley. You can also use dill.
50 g of three cheese on a coarse grater.
3. The zucchini has already let the juice out, we squeeze them with our hands from excess liquid.
To the prepared zucchini add chopped parsley, egg and pepper to taste.
We mix everything.
4. Here we add 1 tbsp. l. with a hill of flour, this is 30 g and half of grated cheese. Again, mix everything well.
