- hake - 800 g
- champignons - 200 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- tomato - 3 pcs.
- cheese - 100 g
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp. l.
- salt - to taste

step by step recipe
1. We clean two large hake carcasses of about 400 grams each from scales, and cut the insides, wash them, cut them in half, remove all bones and fins. Salt the hake fillet, pepper and pour about 2-3 tbsp. l. lemon juice.
2. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.
Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out the prepared pieces of fish skin side down.
3. 200 g champignons cut into slices. We put the chopped mushrooms in a hot frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil. Fry over high heat, stirring constantly until all the liquid has evaporated.
4. Cut two onions into half rings. All the moisture from the mushrooms has already evaporated, add a little more sunflower oil to the pan and put the chopped onion here.
5. Fry everything over medium heat until the onion is golden brown. At the end of frying, salt and pepper everything.
6. About three tomatoes cut into slices. 100 g of three cheese on a coarse grater.
7. Put the fried mushrooms with onions on the prepared fish. Place tomato slices on top. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
8. We put the prepared dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes.
