For this salad, we need 1 medium sized beetroot. Beets need to cook or bake in the oven. I prefer to bake, recently did not cook it, baked it much tastier.

Also, separately cook or bake in the oven or microwave pumpkin pulp. On one middle beets need about 100-150 grams of pumpkin. But in general, the proportions can be adjusted to your taste - add more sugar beet and pumpkin. I love when they are about the same.

Cut the pumpkin and beetroot cubes or slices. no need to cut too finely - pieces should be at least 1.5 cm.

As a filling we use a spoon of honey and a little vegetable oil. Optionally, in a salad, you can also add nuts, raisins and prunes. A sugar can be used instead of honey. Mmmm, yummy!
