Preparation:

1) Recipe of Borsch

Cook first broth of any kind of meat. To enhance the taste add salt, pepper, bay leaf. At the end of cooking spices throw away, and take out the meat from the broth, cut into pieces a la carte, and again return to the pot.

Put shredded fresh cabbage, 300g, as well as potatoes, 3 pieces.

Meanwhile, prepare zazharku. In a frying pan fry bacon (fat), 4-5 records. Once heated with oil, remove the cracklings (or reserve - is a matter of taste). Now thrown into the frying pan onion 1 piece, 1 piece carrot, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Fry a little.

Then, put a grated beets, 3 comminuted garlic cloves. Pour the beets with lemon juice (1 tablespoon) or vinegar. Add a pinch of salt and sugar. Simmer all together for 10 minutes. And send in a saucepan.

Prepare dressing: mix 5 crushed cloves of garlic and a little finely chopped bacon. A spoonful of the filling put in a bowl. Also, sprinkle with fresh herbs.

2) And now the recipe for garlic pampushek:

11 c or 1 sachet dry yeast is added in 250 ml of warm milk. Now put 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 trying to drive one, pour 500g of flour. Knead the dough, cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour.

The dough is then separated into balls with a diameter of about 4 cm. Spread on a baking sheet, the laid parchment (paper, oiled). Top dumplings lubricates beaten egg. Cooking in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200g. Ready dumplings lubricates garlic "swab" (5 crushed garlic cloves + 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil pinch of salt + + 1 tablespoon water).
