One of my favorite soups, I love it since childhood! Very simply prepared, and tastes great! Cook it often, and the whole family happy! Try it and you.
Preparation:
Boil chicken broth. I use different parts of the chicken, except the breast. Broth strain, retaining only the pieces of meat.
In the boiling broth to put 2 medium potatoes, cut into cubes or strips them - as you wish.
Cooking zazharku. In vegetable oil fried onions (1 pc) and half carrots. If you do not like fried, then put the onions and carrots with potatoes directly into the pan.
Now we make the dumplings. One egg whisk with a fork with a pinch of salt. Add the flour and knead the dough with a spoon. Put flour enough to make a thick sticky dough.
Take the dough with a spoon in small portions and spread into the broth. The dough does not stick to the spoon, omit pre or boiling water, or directly into the broth.
