Preparation:

Let us first of all meat. Take 4 potatoes medium size and the same number of bulbs. Grind in a blender or mince, as you prefer. For these cutlets using "home" ground beef that is a mixture of pork and beef.

Take a piece of loaf or white bread, break off pieces. Soak them in 50 milliliters of milk. When it is absorbed in a bun, add to stuffing. Also, we add one egg and prepared potatoes with onions. Salt and pepper, but not much.

Also in the stuffing is a spoon of mustard, which will make the taste cutlets unique - this is the secret ingredient. Put a spoonful of vegetable oil, mix everything properly.

Wet hands form the patties and fry in a pan with vegetable oil. Fry on medium heat on both sides. During cooking the second side of the pan cover with a lid. Cutlets turn out very juicy and is unreal tasty.
