Cottage cheese - 250-300 grams
Flour - 2.5 cups
Margarine for baking - 200g
Eggs - 2 pcs
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Sugar - 150 grams of batter into the stuffing + taste
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Cherry frozen or fresh - a handful
Vanilla or vanilla sugar to taste

Mix in a bowl the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add the margarine (you can grate). Hands or a fork grind everything into crumbs.

Prepare the filling. Mix cottage cheese, cherries, pitted, vanilla, eggs and sugar. Sugar in the filling place to taste, I like, I do not like too sweet filling. And someone on the contrary, love sweeter.

Baking dish grease with butter - butter or vegetable. We spread 2/3 of the crumbs, then cottage cheese and cherry filling and sprinkle the remaining crumbs.
