Tasty snack in Korean tomato. I cook it, both in summer and winter - always eat very quickly. The recipe is great, be sure to write down or save myself.
Ingredients for tomato in Korean:
tomatoes - 1 kg
pepper - 2 pcs
garlic - 1 head
red hot pepper - 1 pc
Vinegar 9% - 50 ml
vegetable oil - 50 ml
sugar - 50g
salt - 1 tbsp
herbs to taste
Tomatoes coarsely cut approximately 2-4 parts depending on the size.
Paprika, garlic, and red hot pepper twist through a meat grinder or very finely cut with a knife. Add the chopped herbs and stir.
Prepare filling. Mix oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, and stir until uniform to completely dissolve sugars and salts.
In a clean, dry jar laid with chopped tomatoes, chopped vegetables on top with greens, then again tomatoes. Repeat layers several times, until no ingredients. Pour dressing.
Close the jar lid and gently (so as not to break the tomatoes) several times are turning it upside down to filling evenly distributed over the tomatoes. Harvesting in the refrigerator overnight. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
