Wonderfully nice pickles!

Opening the winter jar of cucumbers, pickled with apples, it's hard to decide what's more delicious - piquant spicy flavor of apples similar to the pickled, or sweet and sour crispy cucumbers with interesting fruit note.
Unusual velvety taste and acquires the marinade, which is recommended to enrich the dry spices.
Along with vinegar and garlic play the role of a preservative sour apples, of which you need to carefully remove the seed pods.

Important! Apples take sour.
A cucumber only small salt-coating and special grades.
Prior to filling the cans, they should be for a few hours to soak in cold water.

Pickled cucumbers in the winter apples without sterilization

Ingredients 0.5 liter jar:

5-8 pcs. cucumbers
1-2 apples
1 clove of garlic
2 pcs. carnations
1 h. l. Sahara
1 h. l. salt
Article 1.5. l. 9% vinegar
4-5 peas of fragrant black pepper
1 sheet of horseradish

Preparation:

1. Cucumbers are thoroughly washed in water, removing thorns and dirt.

Also, wash the jars and put them in horseradish sheets - it will give juice cucumbers crunch.


Put cucumbers in a container as tightly as it will make bank.

2. Apples cut into quarters, cutting off the seeds and rinse in water. Then put them in jars of pickles.

3. Boil water and fill into jars (as will), substituting them for wooden knife or blade, so that the container is not cracked during infusion of boiling water.
Cover the jar and saucer or a lid and let the cucumbers with apples held in boiling water for exactly 10 minutes.
4. Pour into the pan cooked spices, crushed garlic clove.

Drain the water from the cans using a drain cover with openings. Boil, remove from heat and pour in the vinegar brine.
5. In banks, you can add dill umbrellas or sprigs of parsley, dill.
6. Pour over vegetables cooked marinade second time and immediately screw the lids.
Cool and remove the deposit.

Pickled cucumbers with green apples

Ingredients:

0.5 kg of cucumbers
0.5 kg of apples

For the marinade:

1 L of water
100 gr. Sahara
60 gr. salt
currant leaves, cherry or magnolia vine - to taste
lemon acid

Preparation:

1. Wash cucumbers, cut off the stalk.

2. Apples are washed, cut into 4 pieces, remove the core.
3. Water, sugar and salt boil.

4. To spread out the apples and cucumbers on banks.

5. Pour marinade hold about 5 minutes, drain it back into the pan.
6. Again boil again and pour into banks, drained after 5 minutes and boiled for a third time.

7. Put in a washed currant leaves.
8. Pour boiling marinade, add citric acid pinch roll and immediately capped.

9. Cool under a towel. Hide it in a dry and cool place for storage.
