I offer you a recipe of delicious homemade cookies. My husband and daughter eat it very fast, before you know it, everything is umyali. Record a simple recipe!
Ingredients for homemade cookies:
Margarine - 200g
Eggs - 2 pcs
Flour - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Sour cream - 4 tbsp
Soda - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Berries (frozen or fresh) or raisins, dried fruits, nuts - just something extra to taste
Eggs, sugar and salt whisk mixer or whisk. Add the margarine, cut into small pieces. Whisk again.
Now add the sour cream, soda and flour, knead the dough.
Now add fruit / raisins / dried fruit - in short, that is. Knead the dough. It must be plastic.
Roll out the dough into a layer thickness of about half a centimeter, cut cookies using molds and spread them on the pan, sprinkled with flour. Grease the baking oil is not necessary.
Bake cookies at 180 degrees until ready (until golden). Then turn off the oven and keep it for 5-7 minutes more cookies.
