Preparation:
One large onion cut into small cubes and send to a heated pan with vegetable oil. A few minutes later put 400g of minced meat. Mince I take any which I have in the fridge. Tastes best obtained with beef, pork or turkey meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Usually I spice I did not add anything more. Sometimes I can put a little paprika. But in principle it is possible to put any seasonings that you like. Minced fry 5-7 minutes at high heat, then diminish to medium and pour 3-5 tablespoons broth or water. Simmer all together until cooked meat.
Meanwhile, cook pasta until tender. In the water adding salt to taste, bay leaf, and 1 tablespoon of butter.
