This potato recipe I often helps. Especially when you need to feed a lot of people, and the time is almost gone.
all the ingredients are chopped. Potato strips, onion and finely sliced mushrooms. Pepper I use from the freezer already sliced. Now, take an oven dish (Diameter 26 cm my form). I spread the first layer of potatoes third. I salt and mix. I distribute and spread on top of the mushrooms (About half).
Again salt and black pepper. Spread half the peppers and onions. Next layer ketchup and mayonnaise (taste).
I do another of the same layer - potatoes, mushrooms, salt, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, mayonnaise, ground pepper.
Top layer - potatoes. Yet a little mayonnaise and a few pieces of butter. All this top overwrite cheese and send in the oven for 1 hour at 200 ° C.
After one hour (usually) potatoes ready. A lot depends on the cultivar. I also really like this dish with meat. Well it turns out very tasty! =)
