Today, I'll share a recipe for a very tasty filling for pancakes. I usually cook in a stuffing cottage cheese or boiled meat, scrolled through a meat grinder, as the grandmother taught me. But not so long ago, I decided to try something new and I had the idea to make a double stuffing.

Pancakes for this recipe I made buckwheat, but the first time I cooked with the usual pancakes, and it was very tasty. The buckwheat pancakes dough are placed the same ingredients, but half of the wheat flour is replaced by buckwheat.

For the filling I used boiled chicken and plenty of fried in a small amount of onion oil. By the number of filling 2/3 of the meat, onion and 1/3. All you need to grind in a meat grinder, I've done it twice.

When all the pancakes and toppings are ready, we proceed to the fun. I spread a pancake in front of him and at first he sprinkle a little grated cheese on a coarse grater, and then spread the meat filling, pancake wrap envelope. And so do the others.

The result is a double pancake rolls, the first layer of cheese, meat second. All the pancakes before I feed heated in a frying pan over very low heat. The cheese is melted, filling becomes softer. Very tasty pancakes there are just hot, be sure to try.
