Today cook cheese cake... Minimum of products, a minimum of time spent!

Ingredients:

One cup of yogurt, any fat (200 ml)
150 g of the solid or semisolid cheese
By 0.5 h. l. soda, salt and sugar
250 g flour + bit on posypku when digging lozenges
Vegetable oil for frying

To begin, take the cheese, and rub it on the smallest grater. This is probably the most "long procedure" in the dough ...

Now in a bowl pour kefir, room temperature, by adding half a teaspoon of salt, sugar, soda, stir.

Put the grated cheese and stir again.

And now sift the flour and knead the dough. The dough will slightly cling to the hands, but most of the required standards, do not need to add flour. The dough is immediately divided by 5-6 units, rounded in a bowl and leave on the table for 10 minutes. Need to cover the bowl with a cotton towel, the dough does not zavetrilos.

Before you start to roll cakes, you can put the pan to warm up on a small fire. And now you can start rolling tortillas... Roll need enough thin - 0.3-0.4 cm.

Fried cakes in a well heated pan, and each time, before each frying cakes, add a little vegetable oil (1-2 hours. l.).
