Did you miss the traditional Soviet cuisine? Then help yourself! This recipe salad once popular "General" (also called "My General" or "General '').
Ingredients:
350 gr. smoked chicken
3 pcs. potato
3 eggs
1 carrot
1 head red onion
100 gr. cheese
2 garlic cloves
250 gr. mayonnaise
salt
green onion
Preparation:
1. Boil and cool eggs, beets, potatoes, carrots. Peel and chop on a grater separately in different plates.
2. Also finely chop the chicken and onions.
3. Salad spread layers. First layer - smoked chicken. Spread with mayonnaise.
Then, potatoes, mayonnaise, onion, mayonnaise and carrots.
4. Grate the carrots on top of cheese. Also, fluff with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated egg.
5. Grated beets mixed with mayonnaise and passed through a garlic press.
6. Cover salad beet evenly. Garnish with green onions.
Very nice and will look festive salad with mayonnaise mesh and pomegranate seeds.
Sometimes a salad sprinkled with ground kernels of walnuts and parsley.
Layered salad with chicken and beets is ready! It is very tasty, sweet, hearty and eaten in the blink of an eye.

Cooking Tips:
- Chicken can be used instead of boiled beef or smoked-cooked chops;
- mayonnaise is better to take mayonnaise or olive;
- salad must soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving;
- vegetables can prisalivaem before lubrication mayonnaise;
- salad stored in the refrigerator up to three days.
