1 h. l. ground paprika
1 h. l. spices for meat
2-3 hours. l. cumin seeds
1 h. l. coriander seeds
pinch chili flakes or 0.5 hours. l. crushed red pepper

Preparation:
1. Wash the brisket cold running water, dry with paper towels.
Cut the bacon thick long bars with a minimum width of 4-5 cm.
