Cyprus - a well-known Ivan tea. It contains no caffeine and has no negative effect on the cardiovascular system, improves metabolic processes, raises immunity and with regular use reduces the acidification of the body from which more and having headaches pain. It is easy and tastes great.
Ingredients:
1. fireweed leaves
(How many will gather)
2. fireweed flowers
3. Water (for brewing tea with a rate of 1 liter at a handful of dried raw materials)
Cooking method
First collect Cyprus (better to do it in the morning on a dry day), then grind in the hands of the leaves and flowers, add up tightly in a jar, cover with a lid or in a bag, put on top of the press and leave to ferment in the day. When Ivan fermented tea acquires a berry aroma, then it is already possible to brew at Thermomug temperature of 70 degrees and to insist a couple of hours (as it retains more useful properties than when obdavanii boiling water). And the rest of Cyprus (the bulk), you can start to dry in an oven or a ventilated area, spreading a thin layer in the wider boxes out of food (can be taken in any store). When Cyprus has dried up, pack it in a breathable container (eg cloth bag) and you can drink tea throughout the winter, whenever you want (with some interruptions). Enjoy your tea!
