Potatoes in the pot
Ingredients:
1.5 kg of potatoes
500 gr. chicken or other meat (pork, beef)
2 carrots

1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. mustard
salt to taste
pepper
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp. l. butter
Bank glass 3 liter
Preparation:
The meat cut into small pieces.
In a blender chop the onion and garlic.
Add to the resulting meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into meat vegetable oil, tomato paste and mustard.
Potatoes and carrots Wash, peel and cut into chunks.
In a clean glass jar to put the potato, carrot and meat.
Cover with bay leaf oil and butter.
Potatoes can prisalivaem each layer.
Cover the jar with foil and place in a cold oven. You can use a metal lid for preservation, but to remove it eraser.
Install low heat oven - 120 degrees is not more! After 10 minutes, add heat and raise the temperature to 180 degrees.
Cook only 2 hours. Then turn off the oven, but did not immediately open! Leave the jar with a dish in the closed oven for another 20 minutes at least.
And then get to the bank.
Serve the potatoes, sprinkle with finely chopped greens. It is incredibly delicious!
