Tender, flavorful, juicy - they fly away from the plate with cosmic speed!
Ingredients:
Puff Puff dough
egg
1 tbsp. l. flour
1 h. l. vegetable oil
Filling:
500 gr. minced meat
100 gr. cheese
onion
1 h. l. Dijon mustard
0.5 hours. l. salt
pinch mixture Paprika
Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Cheese grate.
3. Onions, peel and cut into cubes or mince.
4. Mix in a bowl beef, onion, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Thoroughly knead stuffing.
5. Sprinkle the table with flour. Roll dough no more than 3-5 mm thick.
Cut out circles of dough.
6. On each circle put a little filling.
7. Make cake dough patty shape of an oblong with a seam at the bottom.
Make several punctures with a fork to bake a pie not burst.
8. Cover the baking parchment and grease it with vegetable oil with a brush.
9. Transfer the patties on a baking seam down.
10. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and rub them cakes.
11. Bake pastry at 180 degrees of not more than 20 minutes.
Very juicy, tender and crispy pies with meat - ready!
