Very tasty and hearty pastries, familiar to many children and adults. With the advent of Western fast-food catering, the popularity of the cutlets in the test has dropped substantially in recent years. And for good reason.

100 ml of hot water or milk
1. l. semolina

Ingredients for the dough:

30 oz. fresh yeast or 1 packet of dried
1 tbsp. water
1 h. l. Sahara
0.5 hours. l. salt
1.5-2 cups of flour
5 Art. l. vegetable oil

preparations:

1. Mix yeast, sugar, 1 tbsp. l. flour and warm water.

Stir and leave the brew in a warm place to activate the yeast. For 10-15 minutes.

2. While dough is suitable, you can do cutlets. For this purpose the onions cut into small cubes.

3. With cut bread crust and pour hot milk or water. Give 10 minutes to swollen bread.

Then squeeze it and add to the stuffing.

4. Also in the stuffing beat the eggs, put chopped onions, 1 tbsp. l. semolina, salt and pepper. Knead stuffing. Better even recapture the bowl at least 15-20 times.

5. Preheat a frying pan in vegetable oil and fry it in the oblong patties.

Knead the dough is soft and elastic. It should come in a warm place under a towel for at least 1 hour.

9. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
